My name is Himanshu Choudhary and I am a healthy and fit Yoga Coach. I do yoga and even used to give yoga training to individuals at my Yoga Studio, and some time I gives croporate yoga session to employee in big Corporate in Gurgaon Delhi NCR, But due to bad eating Habit after my 30 Years my weight increased, then i started to Learn Nutrition coaching from a reputed Institute, Today i am a Nutrition Coach as well Yoga Coach.

In my Yoga Coach life, due to being overworked I started suffering from stress and stress related health challenges like irritation level high, eczema, sleep disorder and body over weight. That’s when I got introduced to an internationally known system which shifted my focus towards a Healthy & Active Lifestyle. This changed my priorities and as a result changed everything starting from my thought process to eating habits and daily activities.

In the first 7 days of these changes my energy level changed dramatically. I started getting up early. I simply couldn’t believe it. Within 30 days i lost around 6 KG weight and 2 Inches for waist line. Now i was felling more energetic and happy.

On seeing my results my wife Mrs. Bhawana Choudhary also joined us and she lost around 12 KG and 3 inches from waist line and gradually we started helping people in achieving their dreams related to their health goal. It’s been 3 years since I, my wife and other members of my club have been working on our nutrition intake through a combination of natural food, supplements healthy active lifestyle. We all are feeling energetic all time and are getting healthier every single day.

The most fortunate part is that every single day we as a family (Ourselves and our Coaches) are able to create amazing results and bring a smile along with a new hope of life amongst those who couldn’t believe that it could happen to them.
